Gender Identity and Inclusivity
More Than Sex-Ed can provide education to your team on a wide range of gender and sexual identities, to help make your office a more welcoming place. Participants explore how gendered and sexualized messages show up in our everyday lives, and how they cause harm. We dispel myths and misinformation about LGBTQ+ people, provide current preferred vocabulary and simple do’s and don’ts, and discuss ways for your team to build a company culture that affirms everyone’s true identity.
